Mary E. Farrell
Mary E. Farrell, founder of the Farrell Law Group, is a litigator with substantial experience and expertise in representing employers of all sizes. Mary and her team have successfully defended several wage & hour class action lawsuits as well as individual claims. She works closely with clients to develop credible litigation avoidance strategies in high-risk employment disputes as well as every day personnel challenges. Mary has experience handling harassment, discrimination and retaliation matters, contract and tort-based employment litigation, whistleblower actions, wage and hour claims, unfair competition & trade secret litigation, training, and class action avoidance.
Mary is a frequent speaker on employment law trends and emerging issues and has been recognized as a Northern California 2011 Super Lawyer. Mary was also recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2010. This recognition is a designation by Super Lawyers Magazine and is the result of peer nomination and evaluation. Rebecca A. Dietzen
Rebecca A. Dietzen is an Associate with the Farrell Law Group. Rebecca’s labor and employment practice focuses on defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, wage & hour issues, prevailing wage claims, trade secret/confidentiality and leave laws.
Rebecca also counsels employers on best practices for legal compliance in these areas. She has also developed a sub-specialty representing clients faced with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility lawsuits. Rebecca’s business and commercial litigation practice focuses on the representation of individuals, LLCs, corporations and other business entities in litigation arising out of contractual disputes, involuntary dissolution actions and business sales.
